For all our services, we require that payment be made in advance of testing and reporting.
Tests may be cancelled at any time and a refund requested but this will incur a minimum $100 administration fee. Depending on when the case is cancelled, this will dictate the quantum of the refund provided. For example in legal tests samples have to be collected by independent third parties. If a test is cancelled after appointments have been made, you will be charged any disbursements we have already incurred.
If a test is cancelled after samples have been collected, additional costs will be incurred such as DNA extraction and analysis costs.
If you have made an overpayment, this overpayment will be refunded and no administration fee will be charged.
